BeGenuine develops a project proposal and estimate based on individual client needs. We always work with a client to determine what services will best fit their budgets.
Yes! We now accept credit cards. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Fees for new designs and redesigns are broken into progress payments, with final payment due before a project is uploaded to the public domain.
BeGenuine will register your domain name for you. You can register for a year, or up to 5 years at a discounted rate.
This depends on the size of the project and any client launch requirements. A custom site takes between 20 and 40 (or more) hours to create.
Any unused hours will be refunded from your paid initial retainer, as stated in our contract.
BeGenuine meets with each client, develops a project proposal, receives a retainer check and signed contract, and the site design begins. Completed sites are uploaded once final payment is received. See our website Design Process page for more details.
The old adage, 'If you build it, they will come." is not completely true. It takes from 3 weeks to 2 months to be indexed by the search engines. You need to direct traffic to your new site and have a good search engine optimization plan.
We will customize online templates for our clients with content management needs, using WordPress Themes. We will work with clients to determine the best online presence for their business.
You need to have your website files on a public server with capabilities to propagate out to the world wide web in a secure manner. BeGenuine can set up your hosting for you. Hosting fees are separate from design fees. Ask us about our hosting packages.
Yes, please let us know before the design process begins if you need a secure site. See our Extranet Services page for details.
Yes, if you are hosting through BeGenuine, we will set you up with as many as 10 email accounts. You will be able to access your email from your desktop, cell phone, or access your mail server through any browser.
Yes! We love staying connected with our clients. We manage most of our client sites once they have been built. We take care of your updates so you can concentrate on your business.
Yes! We do offer content management services (client editing cababilities) through customized WordPress site options. We work with our clients to set up a site they can manage after the design has been completed. We also offer training services to get you up to speed and keep you going!
Yes! We can customize your email newsletter signup for any/all pages within your website or blog. And you can always use a text signup within your email signature.
