Technical Gurus
Our technical staff provides network management services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our onsite facilities. We have two SQL 2000 Microsoft cold fusion application servers. This allows us to provide backup redundancy and secure storage for all client documents sent to us. Site management, from development, to presentation and archival of website components is handled onsite. For security, we provide 2 layer anti-virus protection via firewalls and Symantec Enterprise anti-virus software.

Development software includes, but is not limited to, the following: Macromedia Studio MX2004 Suite; Flash animation tools; Dreamweaver site development tools; Fireworks image creation and editing; and Freehand for special text and graphic effects.

Administrative Support
BeGenuine's goal is to collaborate with clients in an open, honest, and relaxed, yet professional manner to help you achieve your goals. Our administrative support is designed to provide quick, efficient turnaround time to any questions or website Reqeusts for Change our clients may have. We have 24/7 network monitoring for uptime status of all server systems, with wireless alerts for any downtime recorded on any system, via pager, email, or PDA.

Graphic Design Services
BeGenuine.Com has two graphic design consultants who enhance our inhouse capabilities and help us provide clients with new brand identity, personalized logos and any required online or print projects that come up throughout the design or re-design process.

Technical Support
In addition to our onsite technical Guru support, BeGenuine.Com has a relationship with Evergreen Computers. They will help with hardware acquisition and installations within our local community. Experts at Evergreen Computers are also available for system needs assessment prior to website design and propagation.

Outreach
All of us at BeGenuine.Com believe that giving back to the community is a large part of growing that which is genuine within us. We have designed and maintain a site for Women of Evergreen Businesses, promoting growth for women-owned businesses in the Evergreen Mountain area of Colorado. BeGenuine.com is in the final phase of completely re-designing the Drive Smart Evergreen/Conifer website. This non-profit organization provides car seat safety, seat belt safety, and new drive/teen driving programs to promote safe handling of cars. Many individuals and local businesses in the Evergreen/Conifer mountain community participates in this worthwhile organization. Future plans for outreach include setting up a website for children with the rare movement disorder Dystonia.
